INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGNING UP FOR PACKING AND MARKETING
Signing up for packing and marketing through Grower portal
– Click here to access Grower portal – www.justavocados.co.nz/grower-portal
– Enter your username, which is your email, and enter your password.
– On the Thrive home page there are two links to the SIGN UP page. One is on the home page in the introductory text and the other is in the navigation header. Click SIGN UP in the navigation header at the top right of the page or in the navigation menu accessed by clicking the stacked lines icon top right.
– You will be taken to the sign up screen.
– In the first drop down box, select the PPIN you would like to register. If you do not see your PPIN or you see an incorrect PPIN, please contact hello@darlinggroup.co.nz or call 07 549 3027 ASAP to have this rectified.
– The first question after the PPIN dropdown asks if have fruit to pack and market – click “Yes” if you have crop to harvest or click “No” if you don’t have a crop for the season but would like to remain part of Just Avocados and continue to receive communications and event invitations – it is the intention you will sign up to supply when you have a return crop.
– The next section is the Just Avocados Supply Proposal – please click the link to view the proposal – this is a PDF and will open in a new window. At this point you may print the document to read or go through it on screen.
– Once you have been through the proposal, close this window and go back to the sign up page screen.
– The next sections are asking for your personal and orchard details, harvest preferences and compliance details.
– Please enter the required information, following the form through to the end.
– Ensure you tick the final boxes and then enter your name in the bottom field.
– Click submit.
– If you have not provided all of the required information, the form will not submit. Go back through the form and look for the red coloured text which indicates that data is required in that field in order to continue. Enter the required data and click Submit again.
– Following submission you will receive an email with a copy of the details entered and a copy of the Supply Proposal for your reference. If you do not receive this email, please contact hello@darlinggroup.co.nz or call 07 549 3027.
Instructions for accessing Grower portal for the first time
– Click here to access Grower portal- www.justavocados.co.nz/grower-portal
– The first time you access this website, you will need to create your password. Scroll down the page and click the “Lost password” link.
– In the next screen – enter your email address. This MUST match the email address we have for you in our system which is << Test Email Address >>. Then click “Get new password”.
– Check your email inbox for the email from Just Avocados. If you have issues with receiving the email, check your junk mail box. If issues persist, please contact hello@darlinggroup.co.nz
– Click on the link in the email which will take you back to the website.
– Enter in your new password. This needs to be a strong password of at least 12 characters made up of upper and lower case characters, numbers, and symbols. You will see the password strength indicator changing colour and it will become green when the password is strong enough to be accepted.
– Then enter the password again in the second box to confirm and then click confirm password.
– If the passwords do not match, it will not be accepted and you will need to have another go at it.
– Once you have entered the password correctly into both boxes. Click confirm password.
– You will be taken back to the login screen where you need to enter your username which is your email address << Test Email Address >>, and your new password.
– Its a good idea to click the “Remember me” box to save the password.
– Click login
