Instructions for accessing Thrive for the first time

– Click here to access Thrive – www.justavocados.co.nz/grower-portal
– The first time you access this website, you will need to create your password. Scroll down the page and click the “Lost password” link.
– In the next screen – enter your email address. This MUST match the email address we have for you in our system which is << Test Email Address >>. Then click “Get new password”.
– Check your email inbox for the email from Just Avocados. If you have issues with receiving the email, check your junk mail box. If issues persist, please contact admin@darlinggroup.co.nz.
– Click on the link in the email which will take you back to the website.
– Enter in your new password. This needs to be a strong password of at least 12 characters made up of upper and lower case characters, numbers, and symbols. You will see the password strength indicator changing colour and it will become green when the password is strong enough to be accepted.
– Then enter the password again in the second box to confirm and then click confirm password.
– If the passwords do not match, it will not be accepted and you will need to have another go at it.
– Once you have entered the password correctly into both boxes. Click confirm password.
– You will be taken back to the login screen where you need to enter your username which is your email address << Test Email Address >>, and your new password.
– Its a good idea to click the “Remember me” box to save the password.
– Click login
